While we at EEA certainly understand that schools cannot be run completely from a business standpoint, we do believe that we in education can adapt specific principles dealing with resource management and personnel that can help us give more of our time, energy and resources to teachers and students.

Our efficiency evaluation process has adapted management principles such as Lean efficiency, Six Sigma, and other efficiency rating systems to create an evaluation process for K-12 organizations.  This process only evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the management systems in your organization (not instructional/curricular) and provides ideas, techniques and resources to increase your organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

Capabilities

We can give your school organization an outside perspective without the pressure of evaluation or accreditation. This service is only for those organizational leaders who truly want to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their organization. 

Baseline Assessment
We can come to your school and conduct a baseline assessment of your system efficiency and effectiveness.  This assessment involves assessing project management, resource allocation, communication systems and personnel. This process can be done for an entire district or an individual school.  Once the assessment has been made, a report will be provided to the appropriate leadership only (all results are kept private unless an organization determines otherwise), with suggestions for improvement.
 Improvement Process Design
If the organizational leadership wants, we can take the baseline assessment and design improvement recommendations, which can then become a special project implementation.
Follow-up Support & Resources
Follow-up support and resources can be made available through the EEA website and subsequent visits to the site.
